Mandarin Oriental is having the buka puasa promotion at Mosaic Restaurant until July 28 .
Malay sous chef Kamarudin Dali said guest will have over 100 dishes to choose from daily.
"For appetiser, we acar daging panggang, acar udang tradisi, serunding ayam, gado-gado and differents types of kerabu dishes," he said.
Kamarudin said this year, there would be a selection of local soups such as sup kambing ubi kentang, sup makanan laut bersantan, sup ekor sapi dengan ubi kentang and sup tulang rawan.
"We will also be serving our special bubur lambuk daily."
He said for main course, guests would be able to indulge in traditional delicacies.
"We have lemang, ayam kurma seri Melayu, sambal udang with petai, nasi minyak petai, nasi goreng kerabu, rendang daging, udang galah lemak cili api, ikan merah asam pedas, otak-otak and many more." said the chef
He said Mosaic was also offering international cuisine.
"Guests can help themselves at the grill, wok, noodle and tandoor stations."
Other selections include black pepper beef, Peking duck, chicken shawarma and an assortment of Italian pasta dishes.
"Among the hot dishes available are roast lamb, Mailapur lamb varuval, amritsari fish curry, jeera corn pulao and bhadam ghosth."
Assorted traditional desserts such as kuih Melayu, bubur kacang hijau durian, bubur jagung manis cendol are available at the dessert station.
Early birds enjoy a 15 per cent discount for bookings of four or more, if they book by today.
The buffet is priced at RM138++ per person.
