Ling Sen Tong



LING SEN TONG temple is eye-catching and colourful. It houses beautiful figurines of animals from the Chinese zodiac as well as celestial beings such as the God of Wealth, Goddess of Mercy and Monkey God. The temple was built by Loh Chee Min during the 1960s. It is situated in Jalan Raja Dr Nazrin Shah. Opening hours are from 9am to 5pm. Admission is free.

Sam Poh Tong

SAM POH TONG Buddhist temple was built in 1912 and is a popular tourist destination. Visitors may feed the tortoises or take a walk in the gardens. It is in Jalan Raja Dr Nazrin Shah and open from 9am to 5pm. Admission is free.

Kwan Yin Tong

THE CENTURY-OLD Kwan Yin Tong temple at Batu 4 1/4, Jalan Raja Dr Nazrin Shah, houses 100 statues of the Goddess of Mercy. The temple is popular with devotees who want to perform certain rituals to fulfil their wish. Touch the "Unmovable Stone" for luck or fix a padlock to the "Everlasting Love Chain".
