Head for Sime Darby Convention Centre (SDCC) this Ramadan as it is serving an array of signature dishes which will delight diners, their family and friends at at Halia Restaurant.
Dubbed Spice Up Your Taste Buds, there will be more than 30 live cooking stations daily.
Among the specialities are sotong sumbat bakar, kambing tandoori, balik ekmek (Turkish fish burger), Mexican chicken and beef fajitas and kacang pol.
SDCC regulars can expect to satisfy their cravings with signature items like sup gear box, masakan kawah, bubur lambuk, and nasi kandar.
Also available are satay, Uncle Chef fried chicken, ayam bakar percik and murtabak.
"By having live cooking stations, diners will be spoilt for choice and at the same time they will get to enjoy food prepared on the spot.At our La Mian stall, except on Mondays, guests will have the opportunity to see on how these noodles are freshly prepared,"
For weight watchers who are counting calories, head for the Sudut Diet, where a selection of freshly made tuna with spring onion, sliced turkey, roast beef and chicken teriyaki sandwiches are available and prepared to your liking.
